Who are we?

Race for Diversity offers a safe, inclusive online Discord community that nurtures young people’s passion for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and careers in motorsport, with a focus on underrepresented, racially diverse, and low socio-economic backgrounds. Members are encouraged to seek advice and share achievements—whether a podium finish, strong exam results, or a job in motorsport—it is all about celebrating successes and inspiring one another.

We host community-led in-person events throughout the year, connecting our online members with the excitement of the industry. For example, last year we hosted a community event at the Haas Formula 1 Team headquarters.
